How to start registering a business via Incorpo.ro?
- Go to our business registration form
- Fill out the form. It takes about 15 minutes.
- Pay the required amount, based on the plan you choose.
- You will receive the documents to sign via email.
- When signing electronically, you'll be prompted to validate your identity.
- Once all shareholders and the director have signed, we will submit documents to the registry of commerce.
- We will finish everything and provide you with the documents, in the original and electronically signed by the trade register, by e-mail and on our platform.
- You enjoy your newly registered business.
