Incorpo.ro reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violating these Terms. Incorpo.ro also reserves the right to subcontract the services to other companies. By working with Incorpo.ro, you grant us the right to assign the contract, at any time, under the same terms as specified in the agreement. To enhance trust in our platform and ensure the safety of both Incorpo.ro and the customer, we maintain high standards of data security, employ experienced professionals, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We offer services like business registration, company forensics, digital signature issuance through third parties, and accounting services. We charge fees for business registration and offer subscription plans for some services. Refunds are given if business registration fails, with no questions asked. You are entitled to a refund if you request it within 30 days of purchase and the product does not meet the standards guaranteed in our marketing campaigns and offers. Canceling subscriptions stops services immediately. We may change fees and subscription plans at any time, but we'll notify you first. Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis, and we guarantee a full refund if we fail to deliver the service as promised. You are entitled to all mandatory rights granted under the terms agreement we hold with payment systems.

To use our services, you may need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activities on your account. We securely store sensitive data within the European Union using Cloudflare R2 storage and OVH Germany dedicated hardware. We delete personal data upon request. We follow GDPR rules and protect user data. We use OpenAI to process information from messages sent to our AI products, including conversations and document parsing. We use OCR.space and Tesseract for document OCR. In some cases, documents may be required to be manually processed by our team, such as for drafting documents in exceptional cases, security audits, and other activities that we provide. In such cases, contractors and employees of Incorpo.ro may get access to documents on a need-to-know basis. We will notify our customers of any breaches that might occur via email. We aren't liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your account information.

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and personal information. We follow GDPR and other laws to collect, use, and store your data. We process personal data to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. We may also use your information to communicate with you about our services. We store your data securely and don't share it with unauthorized third parties. You have the right to access, change, delete, limit, or object to the processing of your personal data. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure, unforeseen events, or illegal actions by companies using our platform.

All content on Incorpo.ro, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property oPrima, nu credr our content suppliers' property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Incorpo.ro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms and any disputes related to them or our services are governed by Romanian law. You agree to the jurisdiction of Romanian courts for any disputes related to these Terms or our services. Any patrimonial dispute arising from or in connection with this contract, including regarding its validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be settled by arbitration organized by the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cluj, in accordance with the Rules and Arbitral Procedure of this Chamber. The arbitral award is final and binding. We will collaborate with law enforcement if mandated by a court order recognized in Romania.
